Payment Schedule
Total Tour Cost: $1800

1st Payment: September 17th - $250 (deposit)
2nd Payment: October 1st - $350
3rd Payment: November 1st - $350
4th Payment: January 7th - $350
5th Payment: February 4th - $300
6th Payment: March 1st $200 (final payment)

Cancellation Information

  • If the cancellation is prior to 90 days before departure (January 19, 2011, the penalty per person is $100 non-refundable portion of the deposit and any theater, airline or other non-cancellable activities.
  • Between 90-45 days prior to departure, the penalty is 50% of the program price plus any theater, airline or other non-cancellable activites.
  • At 45 days prior to departure (March 5, 2011) there is no refund.
