Cancellation Information
If the cancellation is prior to 90 days before departure (January 19, 2011, the penalty per person is $100 non-refundable portion of the deposit and any theater, airline or other non-cancellable activities.
Between 90-45 days prior to departure, the penalty is 50% of the program price plus any theater, airline or other non-cancellable activites.
At 45 days prior to departure (March 5, 2011) there is no refund.
