No tobacco, cannabis or vaping related items or firearms/ammunition may be sold or advertised.
Each space must be paid for at the time reservation is made.
Each space costs $40 and measures 24' x 24' (2 parking spots)
Vehicles are not allowed to be parked on the sale space, although you may pull up your cars for unloading between 7:00am and 8:50am. No cars are allowed in the sale area after 8:50am.
Sellers may reload cars at approximately 2:15pm. Sellers may depart prior to 2:15pm, but cars will not be allowed in the sale area for loading - seller will need to carry items out of the lot by hand, hand truck or wagon. Adjoining spaces may be purchased by one seller.
Seller keeps 100% of sale profits.
Seller will provide own shade, tables and chairs, etc.
Nothing can be left behind - PLEASE LEAVE NO TRACE.
Donations may be dropped at the Donation Area of Nordhoff High School between 7:00am and 8:30am on Sunday, October 6, 2019. (look for the Donation Area signs!)
You can donate your items to NHS Music / MAESTRO, with the understanding that NHS Music / MAESTRO will receive all profits and will dispose of items that do not sell.
Donated items must fit into an SUV (no large furniture items, e.g. no armoires, sofas, etc.)
No books, CDs or clothing.
NHS Music / MAESTRO reserves the right to refuse donation items. We will refuse items we do not feel we can sell.
Promoting the Event:
NHS Music / MAESTRO will also be promoting a Mattress fundraiser the same day.
NHS Music / MAESTRO will advertise the event through social media, newsprint, banners, posters and flyers. You may also feel free to advertise!
